SHOULDERS BACK, HEAD HIGH
360 VR SHORT FILM
THE PROJECT
Shoulders Back, Head High is a 4 minute VR short-film celebrating the life and legacy of LGBT activist Marsha P Johnson. Recognised for her role during the 1969 Stonewall Riots (a pivotal turning point in the fight for LGBT equality), Marsha P Johnson will forever be remembered as a passionate woman with a kind heart and flamboyant dress sense.
Shoulders Back Head High allows you to step into a world of colour and beauty, inspired by Marsha, to gain a new perspective on the progress made since the Stonewall Uprising, and the work that still needs to be done to help protect everyone in the LGBT community.
Immerse yourself fully in the narrative by watching the full film. While the experience is optimized for VR headsets, you can still enjoy it on your desktop or mobile device.
On mobile, simply move your phone around to explore different angles, bringing the story to life in a dynamic and engaging way.
For laptop or desktop screens, click and drag your mouse to navigate the entire scene, ensuring that every detail of this thought-provoking journey is within your grasp.
